Hi Rick,
There are standard options in SAP Office to forward mails from one R/3 system to another.
Suggest you have a look at the options in transaction SO16 and talk to a Basis Consultant.

Two alternatives come to mind:
- Set up auto forwarding as per SO36 (depending on amount of users, a small ABAP or a mass mailing may be required)
- Extend and delegate USR01 to add an 'email address for the other system' attribute, send notifications as a seperate step in the workflow to USR01.ADDRESSINOTHERSYSTEM
