Hi Rick,
 
i do this like that:
i use a container operation to fill a container element 'WF_ID' (Type:
SWWWIHEAD -> WI_ID)
as the first step of my workflow.
Container operation: WF_ID = &_WORKITEM.WORKITEMID&
And so you can use WF_ID in the whole workflow template!

I am sending a message in a Send Mail task.
I want to refer to the WF ID but don't remember the syntax!
I want to refer to the WF instance number not the Task number. Tired
&_WORKITEM& but no go.
Could someone please remind me...
