SXC and Exchange

Folks,
 
We are running Exchange 2000, and are attempting to install SXC. We verif=
ied that we have the correct version of SXC, and followed the installatio=
n guide to the letter. It installs without giving any error messages, but=
 that is as far as we can go. SXC does not appear in the ESM. Has anyone =
experienced this problem? Any suggestions would be helpful!
