SO01X Can you see executed items anywhere?

Our client has decided to use SO01X instead of SBWP, they prefer this.
I have two questions:
 
Can you view items that have been executed in SO01X(e.g in sbwp in the
outbox you can see started and executed workflows), if so, how??
 
Can you change the initial screen default folders, the configuration shows
the check boxes greyed out, I want to hide the deadlines folder push button
if possible?
