One possibility is to change User1's password. Login as User1, and
Substitute=20
User2 (Personal Substitute).=20

At the same time, Change Org structure, where User2 replaces User1.=20

How-to: Move User1
Inbox->Documents to=20
User2 in 4.6c?

I found out to delete and count (statistics) of mail in users inbox,
outbox, trash, etc.
But how does a WF Admin move (or copy) Documents from one user to
another?
=20
User1 leaves company and we have a need to move the messages to User2.
