Workflow for SD Credit Memo Request

Some thoughts:
 
   * Is your event triggered correctly: turn event trace on (SWELS), view events triggered after creating credit
     memo request (SWEL)
   * Is your event linkage defined correctly and activated: transaction SWETYPV
   * Is the event queued in the event queue and therefore not directly triggering your workflow: transaction
     SWETYPV
   * Is there a start condition applicable for the combination of your event and workflow that prohibits the
     workflow from starting: transaction SWB_COND
