Workflow for SD Credit Memo Request

Heinz,
When I saw in the event log, BUS2094 is triggered. But still the =
process
can't continue, the workitem doesn't fire to the supervisor.
But when I test it from SWUS, the workitem goes to supervisor.
fyi.
Credit memo request, which is I copied from WS20000009 consist of
WS20000019. I copied this WS into my own..
For every task inside WS20000019 (check credit memo, release, reject,
and edit credit memo request), I'm using AC Role,00000168 Manager (US)
as my agents type.

do you have 2 Event-linkage if you follow the customizing instructions =
?
This may be the reason you get 2 WF-Instances.
 
If this is the case, deactivate the unneeded linkage in SWETYPV.
 
Maybe this helps.
 
If the WF is not started after you have deactivated the unnneded
linkage,
turn on the Event-Log to see, if the Event is fired.

Hi..
I have SD-Credit Memo Request worklfow that I modified from SAP =
template
WS20000009, BUS2094.
My workflow is not triggering when credit memo request (VA01) is =
created
but when I'm testing it from SWUS it's working properly.
Is there any specific SD functionality I have to activated ?
In the SAP documentation, I read regarding activate event-receiver
linkage within workflow customizing (perform task-specific customizing,
activate event linkage, sales and distribution, sales, activate event
linkage) but I'm not doing this since it will activate SAP standard
workflow so it will 2 SD credit memo request worklfow active in the
system. What I've done, just activate the event lingkage within SWUD.
