Output determination points to an obsolete VBRL instead of bus2037001

Hello All:
 
I am having difficulties with raising a custom event, based on BUS2037001, whenever  an Invoice List (tran vf21) is created.
 
I have configured raising that event through an output determination. However, the event is not being raised when the invoice list is created.
While debugging it, I have noticed that during the output determination the system points to the VBRL object (which is obsolete as of 4.6a).
It should point to bus2037001 as it was configured through tran vv32. We are in release 4.6c.
 
I have not seen anything in OSS in that regard. Your input would be very appreciated.
