another idea,
If the external object is neither user or employee, what is it?
Did you look at Business partners ? EG BPC1
Business partners can have an address. INT address is part of it.

If that external address does not have SAP Userid or is not employee within
HR structure, you will probably need to build custom tab to store those
IDS and build logic around that table to pick up those external IDs.
 
Else, pick address from User Master or HR Master data.
