Open mail as a workflow step

Hello workflow experts,
 
i want to add a "open mail" step in my workflow definition:
I don't want to use "send mail", but only "open mail".
That means i want the workflow to open a mail so that the recipients
can add informations to this mail and can send it by himself.
I the workflow builder there is only a step "send mail".
But how can i open a mail ???
