How to find general task sent to all agents?

Hi,
Yes, your answer is spot on :) It doesn't help after the fact though, I
am working with flows developed by others at a client site and going
through all workflows is 'not a priority'. Also, in this instance, role
resolution was done in a seperate step and passed to a container
element which ended with a value 'US '. Unfortunately these things
happen and half my job is troubleshooting flows developed by others.

Finding items with no agent is easy (SWI2_ADM1), finding ones which have
gone to all is more difficult but workable (SWI5, pick the most unlikely
user), finding it once someone has taken ownership... that is the
question.

Thanks again,
Cheers
Mike
