'Complete' status for Synchronous method

Sorry I didnot mention this before. We donot want to have this option
checked since it is one more screen for the Managers and Directors !!!.
I need to look at some other option of doing exactly the same logic but
without 'Confirm end of Processing'.
Thanks for your suggestions
