Problems with the storage of office-documents of workflows

Hi workflowers,
 
has anyone experience with the content repository of a content server???
 
We want to store all documents of workflows on the content server (through
KPro)
but we have some problems:
It depends on the workstation if we can access the documents on the content
server or not.
After we stored a document in the content repository, we have some
inconsistent data.
When we store all documents on the R/3 database, we also have some
inconsistent data.
We don't know how to go on!
