Reforwarding workitem

The choices in the Work item menu are not available to me either - when I'm
not among the agents. Not until I have reserved the workitem, that is.
 
If you can't go to Extras => Execute for testing, you sound like an
administrator with responsibility but no authorisations.
Execute for testing and then cancel and the choices in the work item menu
should be available. If I recall correctly you can then replace the work
item to make it available to the original agent(s) again, and the menu
items will still be available because for some reason you will now be added
to the agents.

Good thinking !. I would not think so. Since he is supposed to have all the
authorizations
