AW: transaction SWU_OBUF

Hi Werner,
 
SWU_OBUF sets a time-stemp to validate the organizational buffers.
This is a sunset of TX $SYNC which sets all buffers back.
 
The Impact for running workflows is that it reads their data from the
DB-tables not from the buffers. Its the same like after 00:00 clock, if =
the
buffres are reset per default.

running workflow-instances ?
