workflow emails

Hi everyone
 
Could someone help with the following problem.
 
I am sending emails out of a workflow to an approver. I have the approver
autoforward switched on, and approver internet mail maintained in SU01.
>From sapConnect and SOST I can see the email in the queue, and when its
sent, the traffic light goes green. But the approver does not receive
anything in their outlook email system.
Any idea's?
