Terminating Event with Decision Step.

Binding of Event Container with the (Decision) Task Container is CORRECT =
and
ACTIVE.
 
Strange thing is,
When I move to the decision - activity, and trying to setup the possible
outcomes of the activity it won't allow me to save.Instead it throws the
message in modal dialog that "release step created" and "significantaly
changed" outcomes will be removed if you save.
 
This is really unexpected error message which i have got.
I think due to this error, my workflow definition is not saved/activated
correctly.
 
Has anybody faced similar things??
Or anyother way to achieve the same.

is the used Event defined in Typbindung at is typebinding activ ?
Is it not set  to global ?

hi everybody . . .
 
i want to terminate the decision step with event-trigger.
i have a decision step which ask the approver to approve the requisition.
i need to rollback the "decision workitem" when "releasestepcreated" or
"significantalychanged" events are triggerd from the requisition object.
decision step is defined on different business object that is DECISION.
i want to terminate this step with event-trigger on business object BUS21=
05.
i have defined the above mentioned events as a terminating events of the
decision step,
but it doesnot work as expected.this is working with any other activities
like "release"  and "reject" - those are defined on BUS2105.
 
can anybody suggest how can i achieve this functionality?
i appericiate any kind of inputs on the same.
