workflow emails

Since the email is in the SAPConnect queue, the workflow works well.
Since the light is green after the sending job runs, it means the RFC server
has been contacted and the email has been sent.
 
Your problem is probably not in SAP, I would rather look in the email spool
if it is blocked other there.

Hi everyone
 
Could someone help with the following problem.
 
I am sending emails out of a workflow to an approver. I have the approver
autoforward switched on, and approver internet mail maintained in SU01. From
sapConnect and SOST I can see the email in the queue, and when its sent, the
traffic light goes green. But the approver does not receive anything in
their outlook email system. Any idea's?
