I'm not to familiar with the method but possible explanation is:
 
Does it read from your local (network) drive: if so it can never work in the
background (unless you do some sharing tricks). The problem is that when
running in the background the process works on your application server.

All,
 
   We're trying to use the above Method as a Background task instead
of Dialog. After changing the settings & testing through SWUS, it
works fine, but, when we trigger the Event in real time, it hangs up
at this step. Has anyone encountered this problem before?
