AW: Decisions of decision step not shown at runtime

some weeks ago I had the same problem which I could fit with the kindly =
help
of this group:
 
The answer was, that the task-container must be empty. In my case I had =
an
empty container, but in the container-binding the entries were not =
correct.
After I have usegd delete line icon all run perfect.

Can someone help me out: I have a decision step to which I added an =
extra
decision and next at runtime none of the decisions exept the standard
'Cancel and keep in inbox' is shown... I tried to delete the step and =
again
added it to my workflow, but no effect. The user decision task is a =
copy of
the standard. I created a new copy, added it to a new user decision =
step,
also no success. We are on 4.6C.
