Attaching an Excel file in the outgoing mail

Hello All,
 
I am not sure if somebody has already replied to this problem before. I want
to attach an Excel file from PC when the send email
workflow is triggered. We are in 46c and I am triggering the workflow from
my custom report using the sww_wi_task and I am trying to figure out
a way to pick up the file from the PC automatically.
