CREATE A RELATION BEeTWEEN 2 OBJECTS

Hi,
 
How to create a relation 'Contains'  between 2 objects ?
 
The creation of subtype create automatically a  'Passes to'  .
 
Ex : BUS2105  et BUS2009, these two objects have a relation 'Contains'.
 
*       SWO1
*        enter the object BUS2105
*       Select utilities --> Relation
*       Click on + and +
