SAP inbox message

Hello,
 
 
 
For one of my developer when he login to SAP system,
he gets the popup
you have 8 inbox messages. But when he goes in to his
inbox(SO01),
there are no messages displayed. I am not sure how to
configure his inbox. I am guessing something related
to filtering or shraing/private sett
ings.  We don;t have any issues with any one else.
Please advice.  Thank you.
