Selected Agents

Hi Cassaundra,
 
This won't be much help to you, because I am sure this never happens
anywhere else, but I also had the same thing happen.  The user who
called was not a selected agent.
In my case, I am ashamed to say, the user who called was logged on under
the ID of one of the selected agents.
 
Can you see via SWI5 whether this workitem is truly in the inbox of the
caller ?
 
I am sure someone else on the list has a better answer...
