RSWUWFML problems

Hi Lynn,
 
For your worldwide mail, your right, if you have at least one workitem with
no agents determinition and it is defined as a general task, the mail will
be send to every user of your system.
 
To correct this, the quicker way is to add a control to test if this is a
general task without agents assigment and don't send any mail in this case
(or only an email to the administrator;-)
 
For the second problem, it seems to be an e-mail send directly from the
workflow and not from the RSWUWFML program.
But I'm not sure at all.

Hi all,
Has any one experienced any strange outputs from report RSWUWFML?
 
I have 2 problems currently with this report.
 
1)   Email sent to all users (3000 users) to let them know there was a
workitem in their inbox, when there wasn't.
2)   Occasional emails sent out with Zero value  e.g. your trip for #0.00
was authorised, but workitem seems OK.
 
Obviously the "send to all users" can be a little annoying, especially when
they (all) report the error!
 
My theory so far for problem (1) is that a workitem is produced with no
actual agent but since it is a general task, has all users as possible
agents and therefore all users get the email, when in fact none of them
would get the workitem.
 
Any ideas?
