Event linkage activated but workflow doesn't start

Francine,
This might be happenning due to a missing CTS on the production environment. Did you verify if all the CTSes related with the Workflow Environment have been imported to the production system.
A tip to find Workflow CTSes:
* Goto table E071K ( in SE16 ) and display all entries with the OBJNAME = 'SWETYPECOU' . ( SWETYPECOU is the table that stores : Type Linkage Events - Receiver ).
* Execute this in both TST and Production environments, the differences in the CTS numbers ( field TRKORR ) might be the cause of this problem.
