Workflow Substitituion

Hi Friends,
 
In Workflow InBox, based on task type, is it possible to assign
substitutions ?  My requirement is if Workitem is Leave request, i want to
substitute my Secretary and if workitem is  Loans , i want to substitute my
manager for approval. Basically all mails are coming to my inbox and based
on task type, i want to substitute somebody else..
 
Is it possible in SAP  ?
