Change of "latest end" scrolling message

Dear Workflow friends
 
The scrolling message in the business workplace
preview screen of the original agent for missed
deadlines are not to the liking of my client.
 
Two questions on this please:
1. Has anyone managed to customise, modify or butcher
this message to say something else?
2. Can it be switched off?
 
Could someone please point me in the right direction.
