SWI2_DIAG - Diagnosis of Work items containing errors

Stephan,
Technically note 496403 fixes the issue with this txn.
 
The fix means however that the txn now has a too simplistic user i/face
(because it is using RSWIDIAG)
and not the flexible i/face provided by RSWINTRO.  The other SWI2*
transactions all use this main
program giving them a standard look and feel.
