Workflow Administrator Function

Hi Bill -
managers and administrators use views for that.
A view is based on an evaluation path in PD-Org, that leads from one
user( manager, admin) to all users, whos inboxes this person is allowed
to see.
 
Maintain views:
TA SWLV or SWLD->Def.Tools->Worklist Client-> Maintain Views
 
Adopt an existing view:
Inbox->Settings->Workflow Settings->Adopt a view
 
A view works much like an substitution, but in difference to that the
control is in the hand of the substituting person.
The substituted person will not be asked at all.
