well, a possible solution without any development would be, that person =
B
just forwards the work item to the next agent with the normal SAP =
office
functionality. :-))))

I have a situation where a workflow gets started by person A and the =
work
item goes to person B. Person B then needs to select the next agent to =
whom
the work item must go. Is there a function module available to do this? =
Or
how does one go about doing something like this. Is this possible?
