by checking the time for escalation in dialog workitems there is a
possibility to put in a time hardly.
 
Is there also a way to put in this time as parameter because of dynamic
definition the time frame for checking? If it is possible the customer =
would
be
able to define the time for himself without needing special know how =
for
workflow definition in SAP R/3.
