Workitems loses in Outlook

Hi  WF-Experts...

We are running on 4.5B.

We want to use SAP MAPI PROVIDER in order to execute workitems from Outlook..

Unfortunately the mail server often is blocked and sometimes it loses the
messages.

Therefore, if a user loses its workitems in Outlook, it exists a way in order to
recover from Sap these workitems?
