Workflow Training Materials

Good afternoon all.  I have successfully transported and tested  a workflow
distributing QN tasks to the appropriate users, etc.,.  Now I am preparing
for training of our end-users.  Has anyone developed a training package or
template that could be used to help determine the materials that need to be
covered and/or to help organize and create the training documents.
Hopefully it will include, what screens the typical WF user/agent should
have access to and be trained to use, also list of reports to be utilized.
Any help in this area will be greatly appreciated.
