Design of Workflow Inbox (SBWP) - Customizable

Hello Karsten,
 
I'm not sure that there are any user exits etc as such (at least not in
46B).
 
Depending on what you want to achieve, you could have a developer create
your own version of SBWP using ABAP class CL_WF_INBOX_01 or CL_WF_INBOX_02.
SAP provide the following basic example programs:
 
RSWL_INPLACE_INBOX_DEMO
RSWL_INPLACE_INBOX_DEMO_PROFI
 
By providing these classes, SAP have made it very quick/cheap to include a
workflow inbox, outbox or resubmission in your own transaction.
