SAP 4.6 WFM Runtime system customizing contra SAP 4.0B

Hi WF Gurus,=20
 
Under 4.0B there was a checkbox:
 
   No immediate start of folow-up WIs
 
I can not find it in 4.6.=20
    Is it missing? Or am I wrong?
    Or it has a default value ?
