Hi Nicholas,
Look at function module SO_AUTOMATIC_FORWARD_GET and others in the same
function group.

Alternatively, does anyone know what the underlying BAPIs/function modules
are within the SO36 transaction? They seem very well hidden!
Knowing this we could write a report to do what we need.

Thanks again for any advice.

Memo from Nicholas N Brand of PricewaterhouseCoopers

-------------------- Start of message text --------------------

Hi,

We have set up auto-forarding for our users using SO36 admin transaction -
we 'batched' the transaction and did a mass update via an Excel
spreadsheet.
We now need to change some of the email addresses. However, when we try and
use SO36 again, we get the error message 'Activation time already exists'.
Although we can get around this by going to the user's inbox and deleting
the autoforwarding via Office > Settings we have quite a few to do.
Does anyone know of an admin transaction that allows you to
delete/deactivate auto-forwarding addresses centrally? Or has anyone
created a report that provides this functionality that they could share
with the group?

Kind regards,
Nicholas
