Mark,

Thanks for this response. After refreshing the buffers and generating the
runtime versions I began to think this would be the case.

Regards

Dave

Dave,

You will be pleased to hear that your workflow is working exactly as it
should!

To stop inconsistencies in your currently running workflows, workflow
version management means that your old workflows will still use your old
process, whereas your newly triggered workflows will use the new one.

Subject: Workflow generation after transport

Hi all,

I have made a change to an approval task which has removed the need to
specifically complete the task before the workflow finishes its process. I
want all workflows that are in process to pick up this change as well. I
have tried refreshing the buffers (SWU_OBUF) and also generating the
runtime version from the workflow builder after the transport has been
applied, but the current workflow instances do not seem to have picked up
the change. Any new workflows created after the transport do however use
the new version.

Does anyone know what I am missing?

Any help appreciated

Regards

Dave Aitken
