Change of fiscal year on parked docs

Hi Elias,
 
I am not a 100% sure if this answers your question but have a look at
OSS-Note 87700.
After running this report you can transfer a document to the new year. Doing
this will create a new document number in the new fiscal year. The workflow
of the 'old' document will be transferred to the 'new' document. (At least
this works but I have then problems to continue the transferred workflow)
