Michelle,
         Remove the general task assigment from the
task and create the agent assigment as user in the
task . Display the task and use menu path Additinal
data -> agent assigment ->maintain ,   use the key F5
to create agent assigment and F8 for changing the
attribute. Let me know if you need more info.
