AW: workitem/form from R/3 to Outlook and back to R/3

Hi Richard,
 
we do this way you describe, sending a hyperlink per mail, with the=20
absence - ESS - scenario. But there is the Problem, the user have=20
to log in at the R/3-system, that i want to avoid and we need a ITS.=20
I hope there is another way, sending back the workitem/mail to R/3=20
and the wf-batch-user make the booking in the R/3. At this way the user
needs no=20
SAP-User and its easier to use. Only a Mail with a form, write the
information
in there, send it back, without any log in or other tools running,=20
all work in the outlook-client.
