The problem you are having is in your binding from the Workflow Step (source
container) to the Role (role container). Your Role container is essentially
your import parameters to find out who is supposed to do a piece of work
(selected agents). Make sure you also maintain your possible agents at the
Task level.
Apologies if you have already done this, but can I recommend going through
the tutorial in extended help? this deals with binding to roles and will
introduce other basic concepts in building workflows.
