Client copy

As Rob mentioned, this is probably not a workflow problem, so I ask the group to
forgive me for this one final suggestion.
 
If your client copy was config only and if you are using release strategies with
Classification, you will need to re-create your classes and characteristics.
This data is application data, not customizing data and would not copy over in a
config-only client copy.
