We do have the PO release set up in config.  I guess I will need to compare
PDS with QA in order to determine where the break is.  I've looked before; I
better look again.

Workflow itself does not apply the release strategies in the standard PO
release scenario.  If the release strategy is not applied by MM config then
it is correct for there to be no workflow.
 
I suspect the area to look at is the release strategy definition, not the
workflow.

When our test users created PO's, the release strategy message is:  Not
subject to a release strategy.
 
However, it appears that FI documents are routed fine through workflow.

Hi Monique, we have gone through several client copies from one system to
another, a couple from our PROD system to QA system, each time, all the
workflow data was copied along with it, the only work we had to do was
ensure the workflow configuration was done properly.
 
What exactly do you mean when you say that workflow is not there ?
Are your workflow tables totally empty ??
i.e. SWWWIHEAD, SWWLOGHIST, SWWLOGPARA, SWPSTEPLOG.

We recently made a copy of Production to our QA box in order to do testing.
Our basis people say that everything has been done.  However, workflow is
not there.  What steps are required to make sure workflow is included when a
client copy is done?
