setting up the integration between Workflow and Email

Actually, entering internet email addresses in user profiles is all I did too.
 
If I execute S_BCE_68001285, I can see the communication methods for each communication type - FAX, INT etc., and transaction S_BCE_68001286 displays the entries for conversion between different formats RAW->INT, ALI-> RAW etc. These are the menu paths from SCOT, if you go down Settings>Communication methods and Settings>Conversion rules. I have no idea how they got there, though, sorry.
