Workflow using object DRAW

Is the Workflow triggering twice or is it possible that you are using the
create method twice (say in the approval path)?

Hi  Everybody
I'm working on the DMS workflow using the object DRAW.
Everything is fine. I've created my own approval path table.
But I got one problem.
When I'm executing my workflow it's , the same workflow is triggered twice
and 2 work items are created
Did somebody meet the problem ?
 
NB :  when I used the Generate  Event, everything is fine.
