Workflow using object DRAW

I am about to look at a similar approval mechanism, how are you using the
approval table and sequencing through?

Hi  Everybody
I'm working on the DMS workflow using the object DRAW.
Everything is fine. I've created my own approval path table.
But I got one problem.
When I'm executing my workflow it's , the same workflow is triggered twice
and 2 work items are created
Did somebody meet the problem ?
 
NB :  when I used the Generate  Event, everything is fine.
