Business Case for Workflow

I am in the process of building a business case for justifying why my client
should implement business workflow and document imaging, i.e.,the
why,how,where,what scenario, coupled with what the benefits\ROI. Has anyone
worked on such a document?
A sample one would be much appriciated!
