Hi,
A neat way I've seen is a simple include which is added as standard to all
custom ABAP's.
All it does is check for the current report name ina custom table and add it
if necessary. Then increment a counter and update the date/time last run as
well as the last user. You can basically add anything you want in this table
according to your requirements.
All that's then required is for your developers to make sure 'include
zwhatever' is at the start of each report.
HTH
Cheers
Michael

Subject: Re: Hold Data in the Workflow ?

Hello all:

Has anyone ever investigated the feasibility of using the ABAP Program
Object
TRDIR and an 'Execute Program' event to trigger a workflow which could track
the
use of all programs in a system? Or, is there any other way to monitor the
frequency of use of custom ABAP's??

TX,

Craig Smith
