Workflow Administrator

In 31h go to transaction SWDA and select Workflow Editor Administration Data.
Use the transaction WE46 to fill out the info EDIADMIN for EDI notification
process.

How do I become the Workflow administrator?  I am the
only one here who creates and monitors the workflows.
I need to see the messages that the administrator sees
i.e. binding incorrect, problems with role
resoulation, etc.
